All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary.

Cancellation of an overnight stay booking with less than 14 days notice, before the day of arrival, will render the voucher null & void

Non Resident dinner, lunch, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea cancellations within 48 hours will render voucher null and void

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Airds Hotel payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
